Small Group Circuit Training
This one hour class offers participants a personalized workout in a friendly environment. Each class will consist of cardiovascular, strength and core strengthening intervals done in a circuit style with varying intensity. This circuit training exercise class is designed for anyone who wants to improve their fitness level. Space is limited to allow for individualized attention. Participants will use a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, stability balls, medicine balls, kettlebells, rowing machine, slide board, battling ropes, BOSU, TRX straps and more! All exercises can be scaled for various fitness levels. A great full body workout! Small Group Circuit Training classes are led by Donna Anderson.
The Late Fall Session of Small Group Circuit Training begins on Monday, October 23, 2017, and runs through December 15, 2017. The Monday and Tuesday classes are an eight-week session and costs $144 per class. The Thursday and Friday classes are a seven-week session and costs $126 (no classes on November 23rd & 24th). See below for class days and times. There is a minimum of four and a maximum of eight for each class. Payment needs to be made within 48 hours of reserving your spot. Many classes fill quickly, so don’t delay! If you have a conflict, you are welcome to attend any other available class. Additional opportunities for make-ups at the end of the session.
Mondays: 8:00am, 9:15am
Tuesdays: 6:00am, 9:15am, 7:00pm
Thursdays: 6:00am, 9:15am, 7:00pm
