Proper nutrition is a necessary part of any fitness program and is therefore addressed and discussed with the client. Specific dietary considerations and detailed programs should be discussed with a nutritionist.
Along with exercise, your nutritional choices play a large part in improving your health. Donna’s Home Fitness clients have the opportunity to participate in various clean eating group challenges and programs throughout the year.

Whole Life Challenge
The Whole Life Challenge is 6 week, online, community-building, habit-changing game that challenges you and your friends to create happier, healthier lives by making small, daily changes. Playing with your friends and family, you’ll score points every day, focusing on 7 key areas of health and well-being: Nutrition, Exercise, Mobility, Sleep, Hydration, Lifestyle Practice and Reflection. Players choose one of three different nutrition levels.
The Whole Life Challenge will help you shape the 7 Daily Habits essential for your well-being. By taking the components of an exceptional quality of life, and boiling them down to simple daily habits, they present a framework for living your life…uniquely and excellently.
